Move carefully towards the front section to gradually increase the belt speed.
Stay within the centre zone to continue at your selected speed.
Move towards the rear section to reduce speed and bring the treadmill to a controlled stop.
Getting started: New users should begin at the lowest setting and take time to become familiar with how each sensor zone responds.

The iTread has a maximum user weight of 100 kg and is intended for adults who can walk, balance and operate the treadmill safely and independently.
The iTread may not be suitable for people who are frail, have limited balance or mobility, require assistance when walking, or may be unable to respond safely to changes in belt speed.
Children must not use or play on the treadmill. Keep children and pets away from the machine while it is operating.
Moving towards the front increases speed, remaining in the centre maintains the current speed, and moving towards the rear reduces speed.
Make small, controlled movements between zones. The treadmill may take a short time to respond. Stop using it if the speed response feels irregular, delayed or difficult to control.
The emergency stop may bring the belt to a rapid stop. Become familiar with the emergency procedure before exercising and maintain a stable stance.
